• Level 2: 2 vCPU, 8GB RAM, 200GB NVMe – 5 points/hour
• Level 3: 4 vCPU, 16GB RAM, 400GB NVMe – 12 points/hour
• Level 4 (Max): 8 vCPU, 32GB RAM, 800GB NVMe – 24 points/hour

How are points calculated for a VPS?

Here's how points are calculated using our Basic VPS plan:
💻 Plan specs:

• 1 vCPU Core
• 4GB RAM
• 100GB Storage

💰 Charges:

• 50 points (~SGD 0.347) — one-time charge for every new VPS created
• 1 point per hour (~SGD 0.0069) — ongoing usage charge while the VPS exists

💡 Example:

• Create VPS → 50 points (~SGD 0.347)
• Run for 24 hours → 24 points (~SGD 0.166)
• Run for 30 days (720 hours) → 720 points (~SGD 5.00 per month)

⚠️ VPS charges continue even if the server is powered off, as resources are still reserved. Billing stops only after the VPS is terminated (deleted).

What are the available top-up amount options?

Our available top-up options are:

• SGD 50 — 7,200 points
• SGD 100 — 14,400 points
• SGD 200 — 28,800 points
• SGD 500 — 72,000 points

Once the payment is completed successfully, the points will be credited to your account automatically.

How long can SGD 50 (7,200 points) run a VPS?

Let's break it down using the Basic VPS plan:

• Total points from SGD 50 = 7,200 points
• Initial charge = 50 points (one-time)
• Remaining points for usage = 7,150 points
• Basic VPS usage = 1 point per hour

⏳ 7,150 points / 1 point per hour = 7,150 hours
That equals approximately:

• 297 days and 22 hours
• Or almost 10 months of continuous running time

✅ After the one-time charge, your VPS only consumes 1 point per hour.

Will I still be charged if my VPS is powered off?

Yes. Points will continue to be deducted even if the VPS is powered off.

Point charging only stops when the VPS is fully terminated (deleted), as system resources are still reserved while the server exists.
