  2. How do I reboot my VPS?
Access your VPS console and click on the reboot button.
    http://readyserver.sg/tutorial/reboot_vps.pdf

  3. How can I reinstall my VPS?
In the VPS console, navigate to the "Install" tab, choose the desired OS, and click on the "Reinstall OS" button to initiate the OS reinstallation process.

    http://readyserver.sg/tutorial/change_root_password_vps.pdf

  5. I'm running low on VPS resources (CPU, RAM, Disk space). How can I upgrade my VPS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer VPS upgrades at the moment. If you need additional resources, please consider our physical server plans instead.

  6. Is backup included in the VPS plan?
We provide a best-effort weekly backup triggered every Monday morning between 00:00 - 08:00 (GMT +8).

  7. What is the daily snapshot displayed in the VPS console?
The system automatically generates up to 7 best-effort daily snapshots.

  8. How many user snapshots can customers create?
Customers can manually create up to 2 user snapshots for their VPS.

  9. What is the difference between snapshot rollback and restoration?
Rollback is a quick restoration to a customer-saved point, however, it will discard all the newer snapshots. Restoration is slower as it performs a block-level copy of the entire disk based on a specific snapshot, without affecting newer snapshots.

  10. Why can't I perform rollback on snapshots created before the weekly snapshot?
This approach prevents customers from discarding the weekly backup by rolling back to a snapshot generated prior to it.

  11. What happens when I exceed the 5TB monthly bandwidth usage?
Your VPS remains accessible after exceeding the monthly bandwidth limit, but the network speed will be throttled down.
